How long does Speed Post delivery take?
For domestic Speed Post, the delivery typically takes around 1-4 working days within the same city and 2–7 working days across states. And for EMS international parcels, it take 4–10 business days depending on the destination country.
Why is my tracking not showing updates?
The tracking data is usually available 6–12 hours after booking. If you do not see any updates for more than 48 hours, then contact your nearest head post office with the consignment number. Tracking delays can also occur during public holidays or high-volume periods.
Can I track multiple Speed Post parcels at once?
You can track up to 20 bulk consignments at once by entering all the consignment numbers together. Enter each consignment number separated by a comma or on a new line.
What if my parcel shows 'Attempted Delivery'?
If a delivery was attempted and you weren't available, the postman drops a delivery notice slip outside your home. You can collect your parcel from the nearest post office within 7 days. The parcel is held for 7 days before being returned.
