- Consignment / tracking numbers you enter into the search form
- Mobile number if you subscribe to WhatsApp or SMS notifications
- Name, email, and message if you submit the contact form
Local Storage: Your recent tracking numbers are stored locally on your own device using browser localStorage and not on our servers. You can delete them at any time by clearing the tracking history on our site or your browser data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide parcel tracking results by querying India Post and other courier APIs
- To send WhatsApp or SMS delivery status notifications (only if you subscribed)
- To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form
We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing, sell it to advertisers, or share it with third parties except as described in Section 4.

We do not place any cookies on your browser. However, third party advertisers may place cookies on your browser.

- Courier APIs: Consignment numbers are sent to India Post, BlueDart, Delhivery, and other courier APIs solely to retrieve tracking results on your behalf.
Courier APIs: When we query a courier's tracking API with your consignment number, you are also subject to that courier's privacy policy. SpeedPostCheck is not responsible for data handling by third-party courier services.
Third-Party Services
Our website integrates with the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (Google Privacy Policy)
- India Post API — official tracking data source (indiapost.gov.in)
- WhatsApp Business API — delivery notifications (Meta Privacy Policy)
SpeedPostCheck does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
Children's Privacy
SpeedPostCheck is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@speedpostcheck.in and we will delete it promptly.
